The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.

If an electrical component fails under normal and proper use during the warranty period, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

In cases where replacement is not possible, we may offer an equivalent product or provide an alternative solution of equal value.


3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

4. How to Request a Warranty Claim

  • If video evidence cannot be provided or is insufficient, we may request that the product be shipped back to our warehouse for a full inspection

⚠️ Please note: unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault covered by warranty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Claim Review and Approval
