Warranty Coverage and Replacement Policy

At Esseti SRL, we are committed to delivering high-quality products backed by a reliable warranty program designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.


Warranty Duration

All electrical products purchased through bricomadex.com include a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If you have selected the optional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage period will be extended to 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

If any electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or physical impact

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use

  • Issues resulting from improper installation, negligence, or incorrect handling


How to Request a Replacement

To submit a warranty claim, please email us at: info@bricomadex.com

You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please reply to that message with a short video clearly demonstrating the issue (e.g., the product not turning on, not charging, or malfunctioning during use).

If video evidence cannot be provided, or if the video does not clearly show the issue, we may ask you to return the item to our warehouse for further inspection.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.


Claim Approval Criteria

Only warranty claims that meet the conditions described above will be considered valid.
We aim to process all claims promptly and fairly.
